Lucas founded the ethical clothing brand Continent Clothing, which aims to provide full-time and sustainable employment opportunities to community members in The Gambia. He has been passionate about the environment since he was young and Growing Green Communities is the perfect mix of his passions, community empowerment projects, and working to improve the state of the environment.
The Sang Foundation was created to raise public awareness that plastic waste is now at a critical level and more and more marine animals are painfully dying because of our addiction to plastic. They were a co-organiser of the Bangkok eco-event and plan to continue hosting charitable, environmental events in Thailand.
The Barge Program teaches the next generation of eco-warriors about the environment, through environmental education field trips and community engagement activities. They are a team of enthusiastic environmentalists, with backgrounds in marine science, geography, wildlife conservation and ecology. Rebecca (previously employed by Traidhos) and the team used their skills to deliver a sustainable market, and grow a green Bangkok. We look forward to the next one!
